Ngwenya Forestry (NF) has acomplished its vison in the forestry industry with all people who were involved with their hard work since 1998 to 2018 which are team leaders, supervisors, foresters, drivers, workshop personnel, finance, HR, administrators.

Ngwenya Forestry (NF) has manage to secure a 5year contract with SAPPI,SAFCOL, MTO, York Timbers and Ramanas Farms since 2013-2018. Some of the contrators have tried but they didn't make it, but NF with its own Ups & Downs didn't quit so easy remember this company is so unique and also a challenge for other companies to imitate the way they do things in the forestry industry because every day is transforming in Skills, Ideas and Customer focus.

Further more NF has its own unique brand that put the company on the map, it has a unique logo, website, staff, foresters, drivers/supervisors and employees branded uniform also all the vehicles are branded with navy blue and green as its colour coding and each and every three (03) months NF puplish its own newsletter, so far NF is the biggest Contractor in the Low Veld it has employed 530 people and own 30 vehicles.

As NF celebrate 20 years of Excellence in Forestry the CEO Mr Benjamin Ngwenya introduced three (03) keys word of F that will benefit both the company and employees the three (03) Fs stand for F-friendly, F-fair and F- firm. In order to comply with the company code of conduct and every employees must apply these three (03) Fs on their duties, because There is still more to happen at NF is just a matter of time.
